Black History Month Celebration at the Donna Lowe Salon

Please join Ms. Donna Lowe for her Black History Month Celebration.  It’s all happening at the Donna Lowe Salon, a famed McHenry County institution, from noon to 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 25, 2024.
