District Two Meet The Candidates – John Collins and Kelli Wegener

Please join us for coffee with our two key Democratic candidates in District Two – John Collins for County Board, and Kelli Wegener running county-wide for Board Chair.  It’s on Saturday March 23rd, from 10am to noon.

John is a past board member and small business owner.  He promises fiscally responsible, community-focused dedicated leadership, and writes, “I am committed to working tirelessly to ensure that our community thrives and that the voices of all its members are heard and valued.”

Kelli has served on the McHenry County Board since 2018, bringing transparent leadership and access to essential resources to her district and county.  She’s especially proud of her advocacy to bring federal funding to McHenry County.  Her motto is “community, not conflict.”
